In summer, these woodlands are full of beautiful foxgloves and wildflowers. - See Blackness Castle. - Read information boards on Roman settlements near Bo'ness. ### Cafes and Pubs - Excellent pubs, bakeries, and cafes in South Queensferry. We love `Dune`, `Mana House`, and `Rogue Bros`. - `The Lobster Pot` in Blackness is a fabulous pub with quirky decor! We just had drinks, but next time we shall definitely have lunch here. - Some pubs and cafes in Bo'ness too. We like `Pie King` and `Nosh`. ### Public Toilets - Public toilets on Queensferry High Street - No public toilets in Blackness (2025) - In Bo'ness, public toilets are on [Register Street](https://maps.app.goo.gl/nLf3B6bicVLHXhMd8) and in the Tesco Superstore
