Getting There¶
Note: We walked this section as part of the Union Canal path, therefore there are some detours.
We took the John Muir Cyclepath that continues along the canal instead of entering Hallglen. Note that there is a narrow underpass under the railway line should you want to follow the John Muir Way footpath.
We wanted to experience the eerie Falkirk Tunnel and therefore choose the towpath to Falkirk High to join the John Muir Way.
